ALL Qualifiers with valid driver’s license who have qualified at either the KEYSTOPS or on Big Countryand received a -BIGCOUNTRY KEY CHAIN- will assemble at AubreyAlexander Toyotaon Saturday, June 21st at 1pm, with the letter/waiver they received from Big Country and proceed to check in with a Big Country Representative.
ALL Qualifiers will have the chance to WIN the 2009 Toyota Camry LE, details of how the Grand Prize will be awarded will be released in a letter to the qualifier prior to June 21st.
Our Grand Prize Winner will receive a (2) Two Year
(24 Months or 24,000 miles – whichever comes first) Lease of a 2009 Toyota Camry LE. The Grand Prize Winner agrees to pay all applicable taxes, title and registration fees and provide full coverage insurance for a minimum of $300,000 liability, $50,000 property damage, and a maximum $500.00 deductible. Grand Prize Winner
will be solely responsible for any and all taxes incurred as a result of being the Grand Prize Winner. If you have qualified more than Once, You will only be permitted to register once on the day of the Grand Prize which will be awarded, June 21st, 2008.
You may have a substitute appear for you on the day of the event, with prior notice to Big Country, as we will note the person in attendance is substituting for you. The substitute will be required to sign a waiver stating they are substituting for you; however, your substitute will be required to present your signed waiver the day of the event. The substitute will be required to sign all documentation if they are the Grand Prize Winner.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable, and in the event the Grand Prize Winner chooses not to redeem the 2 year, 24,000 mile lease on the 2009 Toyota Camry LE, Aubrey Alexander Toyota, their successors, and/or assigns will award a cash prize in the amount of $3500.00 to be paid to the Grand Prize Winner.
Big Country Radio and or Max Media of Pa, is not responsible or liable in any way for the actual cash payment, if Grand Prize Winner chooses not to redeem the 2009 Toyota Camry LE. Aubrey Alexander Toyota, their successors and/or assigns, is the agent solely responsible for said payment or payments.
Employees, immediate families, past or present officers, shareholders, or owners of Big Country Radio, Max Media of Pa, Aubrey Alexander Toyota, and other broadcast companies are ineligible to participate in the contest. Should any of the above mentioned person(s) illegally participate and win any prize, said person(s) shall immediately, and without any other or future claims forfeit said prize.
You are only permitted to win Once within the Max Media of Pa, llc Radio Stations, which include, Big Country, WFYY Y-106.5FM, ESPN AM 1240 between May 12th, 2008 and June 21st, 2008
Should you win ANY prize in this contest, you agree to allow BIG COUNTRY and/or Aubrey Alexander Toyota, their successors and/or assigns, to use your name, voice, and likeness for any and all promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
